- Overview and Booking Process
Alfambelmontage (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides professional on-site furniture assembly services. Our service workflow operates as follows:
Service Booking & Deposit: Customers submit a service request via our online booking form and pay a mandatory deposit to secure an appointment slot.
Consultation & Quotation: Upon receipt of the deposit, our team contacts the customer to discuss specific project details, layout requirements, and finalize the comprehensive service scope and total price.
Service Fulfillment: Our technicians perform the on-site installation at the scheduled location in accordance with the agreed specifications.
- Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) for Consumers
If you contract our services as a consumer (Verbraucher) within the European Union, you are legally entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason, subject to the conditions set out below.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Services
Pursuant to European and German statutory regulations (specifically Section 356 paragraph 4 of the German Civil Code – BGB), the right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely in the case of a service contract if we have fully performed the service and have only begun performing the service after you have given your explicit consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
Premature Termination During Execution
If you requested that the performance of services commence during the 14-day withdrawal period, you shall pay to us an amount which is in proportion to the services provided up to the time you communicated your exercise of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
- Cancellation Terms and Deposit Refunds
Cancellation Prior to Dispatch/Technician Mobilization: If you cancel your scheduled appointment at least 48 hours before the agreed on-site installation date, the initial deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled on-site arrival time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover preliminary administrative allocation and scheduling expenses.
Custom Modifications: Once on-site consultation and customized service execution have commenced, the deposit is non-refundable due to the allocation of specialized technical personnel.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed promptly and transferred strictly back to the original payment instrument used during the initial transaction. Depending on financial institution processing times, funds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days. - Contact Information
